Would be happy to recommend for a weekend breather

Amazing hotel, really good amenities, including a fantastic seasonal outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant that served a good breakfast each morning.

There was nothing I didn't like.

great amenities but room allocation issues

The swimming pool area provided a refreshing respite from the heat, while the spa treatments were rejuvenating, particularly the back massage that helped me unwind after a day of exploration. Breakfast offered a diverse array of options, although I felt it could have included more vegetarian choices. I appreciated the beautiful ambiance created by the elegant decorations throughout the hotel, which enhanced the overall experience.

Js, the swimming pool was just lekker for cooling off after those hot days. We had a good time soaking up the sun, and the brekkie at the restaurant was totally on point, kept me fueled for the adventures! Plus, the location was a moerse bonus for hitting the beach close by.

Ag man, the family room wasn't ideal for us chommies, had to share a bathroom, a bit of a mission.

All fine, but family room issues

The fine seasonal dishes served at the on-site restaurant. Relaxing at the gorgeous swimming pool brought pure enjoyment after a day of adventure, though the allocation of a family room instead of two separate rooms caused some inconvenience. One of us lacked a balcony and refreshments. Sharing a bathroom added to the challenge, detracting from an otherwise great atmosphere.

definitely want to stay in that area again

The pool area is fantastic with water slides that the kids loved. Breakfast was diverse but could use more vegetarian options. The spa's back massage was super relaxing, definitely a plus.

The rooms were good, equipped with air conditioning and a tv. The swimming pool was my piece of paradise, shimmering in the sunlight like a perfect turquoise jewel.

Better room type availability would enhance the stay.

The water slide activity brought joy to the kids, turning playtime into thrilling fun. With extensive food options available, everyone easily found something to satisfy their cravings, keeping me fueled for the day.

I booked a Standard Double Room but ended up in a family room, which came with shared facilities that weren't ideal for privacy, especially with a friend. The cleanliness issue under the bed was unsettling due to dust and a dead cockroach-a turn-off. Plus, the small, uncomfortable shower made dressing a hassle, while water from the shower pooled uncomfortably in the toilet area.

The water slides were definitely the highlight of our stay, especially for the kids. The hotel also had a great range of food options for breakfast and dinner, and the main dining room was clean and well-maintained. the hotel provided an excellent shuttle service to the nearby beach.

For us, it was ideal.

my business trip was convenient since the hotel was close to my meeting. The room was well-furnished and my kids enjoyed the water slides and the toddlers pool. The breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of salads and different food options for every evening.

I had experienced some issues during my stay. The staff was not friendly and barely spoke English.

the service was exceptional in every aspect, from the Spa & wellness centre to the outdoor swimming pool. the beach access was easy and the beach itself was well facilitated, with beach umbrellas and sun loungers for us to relax on. the entertainment provided was top-notch, with live entertainment and a night club to dance the night away. the restaurant and poolside snack bar had a great variety of food and drinks, and the espresso machine in the lobby bar was a nice touch.

the room had a separate shower and toilet, and the shower was quite small and uncomfortable for getting dressed in.
